kim gordon of sonic youth brings you these bold black painted statements via a four piece collection previously sold at colette online. the pieces accompanied a rodarte exhibition that was held early october in the colette gallery and sold for 4,000 euros a piece, and possibly more.
<<[[ i was thinking of blowing money on this and then realized i have some bit of a roadblock called common sense...such a strange feeling. i do think they are interesting though, so get your acrylics out kids ]]>>

Hi you!
ReplyDeleteI just read your comment you left on my blog and it just made my day :)
I never knew Kim Gordon did this sorta stuff? I guess I'm really outta the loop if this was sold at Collette!
Is your blog going to be more art based? I think that's cool.
Hope to see you around soon!

ReplyDeleteI love the raw expressionism. Very inspiring for my graffiti :)
ReplyDeleteI love the PUSSY GALORE one. And when I was finished looking at the pieces, I thought to myself "I could make this" , instead of buying it for 4000 bucks.
